Annual General Meeting & Revival Meeting on 23rd April 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Engineering & Construction Evangelical Fellowship Limited will be held on 23rd April 2024 at 7:00 p.m.* at Spring Church (播道會泉福堂), Room 807, 8th floor, JDMall, 233 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The agenda for the AGM 2024 is as follows:
1. To receive the minutes of the AGM 2023 held on 25 April 2023
2. To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman
3. To receive the Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer
4. To appoint an Auditor of ECEF (for the period from 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2025)
5. To elect Directors of ECEF (for the period from 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2026)
