24th April 2018 Annual General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Engineering & Construction Evangelical Fellowship Limited will be held on 24 April 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at Spring Church, 8th floor, JDMall, 233 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

An agenda for the 2018 AGM is as follows:
1. To receive the Annual Report of the Chairman
2. To receive the Financial Report of the Honorary Treasurer
3. To appoint an Auditor of ECEF (for the period from 1st May 2018 to 30th April 2019)
4. To elect Directors of ECEF (for the period from 1st May 2018 to 30th April 2020)
